The ELDR Campaign Launch takes place on Wednesday, 15.04.2009, at 16:30 - 22:00 The European elections are just around the corner and Europe's Liberal Democrats are ready to present their priorities for the next term of the European Parliament. In the presence of
liberal prime ministers, commissioners, party leaders and election candidates, the rally will inspire and energise hundreds of Liberal Democrats from across Europe.

3. EU Single Market, growth and employment
4. Enlargement, foreign, security and defence

ALDE Seminar "EU-Russia relations"

Short description: This ALDE seminar aims at taking stock of EU-Russia relations, against the background of the on-going negotiations on a new agreement between the Europan Union and Russia and amid global financial turmoil.
The Russia economy has contracted substantially and the pressure from falling energy prices have also a political impact.
