Calling from Country to Country has become cheaper as European Union regulations have forced mobile phone operators to reduce mobile roaming charges. People who use their mobile on holiday can benefit from this measure. "Here's a positive example of Europe working for the consumer. It's the single market in action. Just as it should be across the Continent." John remarked.
