John said: "It looks like the outbreak of foot-and-mouth in Surrey has been contained. As soon as it's safe to do so Farming must be able to return to business as usual. The Countryside has taken quite a hit with this on top of the recent flooding. Let's hope a speedy end comes to this situation."
